Service, Repair & Overhaul

Our factory trained engineers are fully mobile and available for onboard routine service and repair work through out the UK and overseas. At our Shamrock Quay head office we carry out full overhaul and refurbishment works to manufacturer's standards. All work undertaken is to ISO9001:2008 quality assurance and guaranteed for 12 months.

Parts, Spares & Technical

From our extensively stocked stores we supply trade and retail customers through out the UK and overseas. The combined knowledge and experience of our staff enables us to assist with the most unusual requests and technical support.

Dynamometer

In house full load testing of diesel engines up to 2000hp on our calibrated equipment. We operate two digitally monitored and data logged water break dynamometers in a dedicated test cell equipped with control systems to suit all engine types. All engines model tested, special test plans can be accommodated. Full printout and reports provided with each test. Customers welcome to witness testing from the sound proofed control room.

All engines we overhaul are load tested before final painting to ensure performance can be guaranteed.

Commissioning & Diagnostic

Onboard engine commissioning, installation inspections and diagnostic work carried out by factory trained engineers. Use of calibrated equipment to ensure all vital parameters are checked.
