It’s time to consider Spring Servicing your boat
As we’re now in the throws of winter we really do recommend you book your spring service to get you back on the water as soon as the weather improves. Our expert engineers get very busy from March onwards – so book your preferred date now!
From engine repairs, refits and parts for all leading brands such as Volvo Penta, Honda Marine, MAN and Yanmar we’re well prepared – there’s nothing our experienced and professional engineers can’t provide.
During these unprecedented times we would like to reassure our customers that for the time being we remain open and it is business as usual at all Golden Arrow Marine branches.
We are taking every possible action to protect ourselves and our customers. We ask all customers to not visit us or inform us prior to boat visits if they have been in contact with or have suspicion they may have contracted COVID-19.
At present our parts counters remain open, however as the situation evolves we may choose to provide an external collection point for spare parts with customers excluded from entering the building. In such an instance payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer will be required prior to parts collection.
Current Public Health England advice is that COVID-19 cannot survive for long on objects such as letters and parcels. It is therefore safe for us to mail order parts to you.
To further safeguard ours and your health we have adopted the following policy:
All incoming goods processes, customer order picking and packing will now be done using protective gloves. These gloves will be disposed of after each use.
No customer or visitor access to offices, parts storage areas and workshops allowed unless agreed.
All touch point areas such as parts counters will be cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day.
Engineers working on boats will wear protective gloves at all times, these will be disposed of after each use.
Customers are not to be on board while the engineer is working.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will update our customers and amend our practices and work procedures as felt necessary.

We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
