Golden Arrow Marine recently held a dedicated ‘Apprentice Day’, brining together our apprentices for a morning of team building, learning, and a bit of fun on the water. The event highlighted the importance of apprenticeships within the marine industry and showcased why Golden Arrow Marine is such a fantastic place to begin a career.
Apprentices from across our business came together to enjoy team challenges, share experiences and strengthen connections with colleagues. The day also included fresh pastries to kick things off, before everyone enjoyed a trip out on a Sealegs amphibious boat, a highlight for many of the group.
We were also joined by apprentices from Offshore Performance that our also in the Salterns Group and based at Salterns Marina, making this a real community celebration of the next generation of engineers.
