Torqeedo Travel engines have spiked in popularity this year and we love the simplicity of the design along with the ease of use. With its integrated lithium battery and outstanding efficiency, the Torqeedo Travel is a great alternative to any small petrol outboard.
It can do everything a 3 HP outboard motor can, but is lighter, cleaner, quieter, and more convenient. Moreover, it easily propels tenders, dinghies and day-sailers up to 1.5 tons and, when required, even over long distances.
Travel 1103
A popular engine amongst hobby fishermen and day-sailor customers. This lightweight engine weighs in at just 17kg and kicks out the equivalent of 3hp propulsion with an average range of around 20 miles. Suitable for boats up to 1.5 tons and available in short or long shaft versions.
Travel 603
The little brother of the 1103 weighs in at 15kg and is suited to tenders and small sailboats averaging 6 miles. The Travel 603 is a hassle-free option for sailors on swinging moorings and will propel boats up to 1 ton.
