In January 2021 we were delighted to be given the opportunity to expand our support to the Volvo Penta dealer network as the only recognised Volvo Penta Centre for the whole south coast region covering an area that stretches from Brighton to Weymouth and the Channel Islands. In addition to the 10 dealers we support our 3 branches at Poole, Southampton and Port Solent provide the highest level of service with genuine parts backed by a 2 year warranty. Our engineers are fully mobile, travelling throughout the UK and overseas, no job is too small or too large.

VOLVO PENTA ACTION SERVICE
Volvo Penta Action Service is a phone-based breakdown and support service providing you with 24-hour support and assistance, every day of the year – wherever you are. If you experience a breakdown, just call. The operator will support you all the way through your issue and keep you updated on its status and progress. Whenever on-site assistance or technical support is needed, the operator will put you in contact with the nearest Volvo Penta dealer with the right qualifications.
DOUBLE YOUR WARRANTY
Genuine Volvo Penta parts and accessories are covered by the standard 12-month warranty, extended to 24 months when fitted by an authorised Volvo Penta dealer. As an owner of a Volvo Penta leisure engine, you can enjoy our improved warranty for both engine and transmission. Our warranty commitment is extended to 2+3 years or operation hours, whichever occurs first. For the first 2 years, the warranty covers the complete engine package and for the following 3 years, major components. Accessories bought together with an engine will also benefit from an extended warranty period, again when fitted by a Golden Arrow Marine Engineer.
